By accessing or using Online Clipboard (online-clipboard.tech), including all associated features, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Online Clipboard is operated by Mohit Deore ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the website, the clipboard sharing tool, the developer tools hub, the blog content, and all related pages.

Online Clipboard is a free web-based utility that allows users to share text, images, and files between devices using a temporary 4-digit code. The Service also provides a suite of developer tools including a JSON formatter, SQL formatter, Base64 encoder, password generator, QR code generator, and more.

Key features of the Service include:

• Text sharing: Paste text and receive a 4-digit code for retrieval on any device
• Image sharing: Upload images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG) up to 5 MB
• File sharing: Upload files (PDF, TXT, ZIP, DOCX) up to 10 MB
• Developer tools: 26+ browser-based tools for developers
• Auto-deletion: All shared content is automatically deleted after 5 minutes
• No account required: The Service does not require registration or login

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Share, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Share copyrighted material without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through file uploads
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service beyond normal usage
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service for other users
• Use the Service as a permanent file storage or hosting solution
• Share content that violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights

"User Content" refers to any text, images, files, or data that you share through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All User Content is temporary and is automatically deleted after 5 minutes. We do not review, moderate, or access User Content. Text clips are stored in an encrypted Firebase database. File and image upload tokens are AES-GCM encrypted with your 4-digit code as the password.

You are solely responsible for the content you share through the Service. We assume no liability for any User Content and do not endorse any content shared by users.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logo, written content, blog articles, and developer tools, is the intellectual property of Mohit Deore and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use or as necessary to use the Service as intended.

The developer tools provided (JSON Formatter, SQL Formatter, etc.) are offered free of charge for personal and commercial use. The output generated by these tools belongs to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (and do not handle) your information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.

In summary: we collect no personal information, set no cookies, store no IP addresses, and retain no logs. All shared content automatically expires and is permanently deleted after 5 minutes.

The Service is supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may be displayed on the Service
• Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites
• You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com
• Ad revenue helps keep the Service free and accessible for all users

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for any products, services, or content promoted through those ads.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any content shared via the Service will be available for the full 5-minute window
• The developer tools will produce correct output in all cases

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mohit Deore and Online Clipboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0, as the Service is free).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
